Wir kommen wieder und werden es weiterempfehlen

Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel mit herrlichen Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee Direkt an der Strandpromenade und viele Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen

Betten waren sehr weich Saunaregeln müssten auf den Zimmern ausgelegt werden Kinderlärm im Ruheraum liegt aber nicht am Hotel sondern an den Eltern

Pleasant

Hotel is new, great location on the main promenade, dogs are ok to stay. We even had dog bowls and info where we can walk the dog (dog beach)

Additional bed was horrible, we were there for 5 days and they didn't clean our room 2x so it was full of sand. The stuff is not nice, in the restaurant we often didn't get cutlery for our table.

Very good location excelent breakfast very nice spa

People on reception are not able to speak English. All documents are only in German. It was very uncomfortable. Due to family issue we have to left hotel earlier ... no one offer us some discount ...

great location, nice spa area & modern rooms

The Italian hotel restaurant closes at 9pm & very mediocre quality food & no wine selection. the waiter even asked us for the bill while we were still eating. No available 1 large bed & instead 2 single bed together. no specific detail on the description about the city tax & daily parking costs, it should have been explicitly written

Location is everything!

The hotel meets expectations, but is short of memorable. Breakfast is very basic, and the restaurant houses 2 different restaurant concepts, so it is never one thing or the other one

Room was not set up 100% so we had to go to the front desk to ask for basic things.

We love it and will comeback, 100% recommended

We loved the room. We had a big junior suit with sea view and it was great. The food was good and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Maybe the variation of food. We had the same menu at dinner two days in a row, but it was still very good.

A very good hotel for visiting Usedom. For Americans: this is Germany's answer to The Hamptons.

Modern hotel with good sized rooms right on the seafront with a a large parking garage in the basement.

The internet connection was a bit patchy.

Great pool, good breakfast, close beach.

Queues for breakfast - no need to lead every guest to the table. Problem with communication in English. Every piece of furniture on the room´s balcony was wobbly. Three days full ashtray. Early morning big noise. Quite expensive parking with sophisticated electronic technology, but the underground garage door opens with a rope in the 21st century. :-)

Very good

Awesome hotel, great staff! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and also around good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! Common areas are always clean and in perfect conditions! The hygiene was superb and we felt well taken care.

The only negative point for us, such a great hotel without an AC.

Our stay in the Bansin

I liked to closeness to the sea. The staff was helpful and well organized. The breakfast was a bit over-organized but fantastic choices of food and drinks. What made us very uncomfortable was not the fact that we got a room to the street, like a market place, but I was directed south! With 33 degrees Celsius in June 2021 there was no air-condition! The room was hot and not at all a place to relax from the brutal mid-day heat on the beach!

- no air conditioner - cleaning staff was very ! very ! lazy 🙁

Never again.

False advertising. Booked a room with sea view but room we got did not have sea view, when I complained the desk clerk went to the room with me and showed me that by leaning over the balcony room and turning my head extremely to the left that I could catch a glimpse of the ocean. This is ridiculous I told her and I want to see the manager. She then offered me another room with more of a sea view but only from the bedroom and not from the front living space. I will never stay at this hotel or chain again. A rip off and false advertising which Booking.com should alert patrons of your site about. Far too many other better and cheaper hotels in that area.

False advertising, false photos, a rip off for the amount of money you pay.
