Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 3rd floor unit offers beach AND pool views from your private balcony. With queen bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a recessed wall TV, platform bed with memory foam bedding, built-in end tables, ship lap wall, and plantation blinds. Soak up the sights and sounds from your balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.
THINGS TO KNOW
* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the third floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

We loved this place!So convenient being right of the beach.It was perfect for a family of 4. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Can’t wait to go back again!

The view was great. The listing was accurate, with easy check in and communication with the host. My son loved the pool and we were hard pressed to get him out of it. We had an enjoyable time.

This was a great place to stay! We loved the beach view, the easy access to the beach, the pools and hot tubs, everything! We would stay again for sure.

Everything was nice, the unit was much smaller than described and what pictures shows. I was nice for two adults, anything beyond this would have been really cramped and uncomfortable. It states it sleeps six, and it does with one small bedroom, two bunk beds in the hallway and a fold out bed in the combined living/kichen/dining area. With one bedroom and one closet to store all of your belongings. It was very clean.
