Welcome to CoastalBungalow by Epiqhost, a beautifully appointed 2BR/2BA villa in Beachside Villas, south of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach and just a short walk from the Gulf. A quiet setting, premium mattresses, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen make it an easy home base for couples and families - and one pet is welcome with prior approval.
Inside, the villa keeps things simple and comfortable: restful bedrooms, a kitchen ready for fresh local seafood and family meals, and a sunny patio for morning coffee. Outside, the 4.5-acre community brings two pools - one seasonally heated - lighted tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, and Eastern Lake access for paddling, with loaner equipment available at the on-site HOA office.
The Hub and Seaside are about a five-minute drive, with Rosemary Beach and the rest of the 30A corridor close behind. Parking for two vehicles is included.
Getting to the Beach
Beachside Villas guests have access to over 10 acres of public beach and 1,200 feet of coastline, all within a short walk or a quick ride on the community's seasonal beach shuttle. Three access points are nearby. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk connects directly to the community for the fastest route to the sand. Port Property Public Beach at Eastern Lake is about a 5-minute walk and is also served by the shuttle. Walton Dunes Public Beach is reachable by shuttle and offers beach chair rentals if you want to travel light.

Wonderful Stay and Exceptional ServiceThe property was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The golf cart shuttle trolley was a convenient and thoughtful amenity, and both drivers were incredibly friendly and customer service oriented.Epiqhost, the property management team, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Check-in and check-out were effortless, the unit was spotless upon arrival, and communication was consistently responsive and helpful. I accidentally left a personal item behind in the family room, and the Epiqhost team handled the situation with genuine care and urgency to help get it back to me.Our neighboring guests and unit owners were also very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.Thank you for a truly memorable and stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered, even the decor! The location couldn’t have been better - close to everything we wanted to explore along 30A plus convenient bike and golf cart rentals on site. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic 30A experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

The property was nice but could use a few upgrades .It would be nice to have an L-shape sofa in the living space so that there is seating for four adults. There was a small couch and one chair but it was more like a kitchen chair. It was nice having the coffee maker but the kitchen needs some updated pans - the frying pan was warped so it would not sit level on the stove. On our second day, the air was not working and we called the host and they were very responsive and sent someone out to fix it. They also sent some kitchen towels over that we asked for since there were not any in the kitchen and we let them know that the bathroom trash was not emptied when we got there. You can walk to the beach but it seems longer than 5 min to me. The shuttles were nice to have but just know that when you get to the beach there are "rules." Part of the beach in that area is marked "private" so you can only put your tent for shade up in a certain area and behind a certain line. The place that rents the beach chairs and umbrellas have the space in front of the "tent area." Also, the one beach access does have a small parking lot (probably around 20 spaces) but you still have a pretty good hike up a hill to get to the beach. The shuttle is definitely the best way to get to the beach. The pool areas were very nice and had bathrooms. It would be helpful if on the aerial photos of the property that you put an arrow showing the building and then a dotted line showing how you walk to the beach.
