About this house rental
JUST LISTED.
This spacious, modern, beachfront home boasts panoramic views of the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the gulf and is just steps from the private, gated beach access. (Available to Santa Monica residents and guests only, and is much less crowded than public accesses).
A private heated pool, hotub and large al fresco dining area provide an excellent outdoor entertainment area. (Pool heat fee applies).
We are located on the west end of PCB. It’s a convenient 10 min drive from Inlet Beach, the restaurants/shopping of rosemary Beach and the 30A avenues (to the west) and also only 10 minutes from Pier Park (to the east). Shopping/dining and entertainment options at Pier Park are endless and great for kids! (Dave n Busters, Escape rooms, Mirror Maze, laser tag, Sky wheel and more!)
Our home sleeps 19 total, but a maximum of 13 adults.
There are 4 master suites with king beds. The built-in bunk room sleeps 6 kids (kids only!), and the loft upstairs features a queen over queen bunk with twin trundle, to accommodate 5 additional guests. Our home has 6 full bathrooms (4 en-suite).
The open concept living/dining/kitchen is extremely spacious with double-height ceilings.
The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary supplies to cook for, and cater to large groups.
The extra full size refrigerator is an added bonus!
The upstairs loft features a game room for loads of family fun, including a ping pong table, foosball table and large screen TV! The game room leads out onto the upstairs balcony which boasts exquisite views of the gulf. Enjoy cocktail hour overlooking the water with breathtaking sunset views.

Wagon, 6 beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use.
Plenty of kids beach toys (buckets, shovels etc)

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.
We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.
Security Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras at entry points at the property.

The house was great! Great location! The only complaint we have is the furniture(other than the beds) could be upgraded to something more comfortable. We understand you won’t have top of the line furniture but something a little more comfortable would have been great! We liked to sit and play games or just talk and that wasn’t very comfortable. We had some minor issues upon arrival some blinds had falling in the bedroom and a towel rack was broke! The host had someone out that night to get them fixed! The kids room does have a 100lb limit on the bunks just as an fyi! We had 4 families that stayed with 8 adults and 6 kids and we all felt like the house was plenty big! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful house!

Our party consisted of 4 couples staying 7 days May 13-20 in this lovely home. We had plenty of room to spread out for privacy or come together for cards, dining and TV viewing. We really enjoyed the walled outdoor area with the heated pool. The house is clean and well maintained. There were plenty of beach and pool chairs. We enjoyed splitting our time between the beautiful beach directly across the street and the pool. Our hosts, Taylan and Michelle, were super responsive to any questions, needs, and concerns.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything you could need for a weeks stay, was available. Plenty of sitting areas and the balcony to watch the sunset each night was especially nice.Since the house accommodates several people, I would suggest a larger hot tub. We were a bit sad when only 2 or 3 could enjoy it at one time. But other than that, we were happy with all the amenities and the beds were very comfortable.

We loved this home and it fit our needs perfectly! The heated pool was a lovely feature, because we had a couple cold days, but the pool was still inviting to the kids because of it. The cold days were a negative, so next time, could you do something about that? Haha We all decided next time we stay, we’ll try for a little earlier! Thank you for the great communication whenever we had a question! We all (7 adults & 8 kids) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!!
