Welcome to Villa Nuri, a luxury, one-of-a-kind, five bedroom, fully-staffed eco villa with breathtaking views of the Reserva Conchal and Pacific Ocean. Designed by the award-winning Studio Saxe, the brand new house is an architectural masterpiece that seamlessly integrates contemporary design with the natural environment to create an amazing retreat for those seeking a unique, first class resort experience experience with privacy.
Nuri means bird in the native Chortega language. Guests at Villa Nuri soar with the birds above the tropical jungle canopy while perched in the cantilevered, glass wall pool. Large sliding doors open up to create a large indoor-outdoor living space where the building’s clean lines frame the ocean view. Marvel over the spectacular Costa Rican sunset colors while enjoying the tropical breeze which cools the house atop its hillside perch. Rain or shine, it’s an amazing space for relaxation and entertaining.
Five bedrooms, all with balconies and private bathrooms, accommodate up to ten guests. A massive 33kW solar array powers Villa Nuri and a battery backup system keeps things running during power outages. All furniture has been sourced locally using sustainable suppliers.
Daily cleaning service, cooked breakfast, shopping service, and a six-seater golf cart help ensure a hassle-free, exceptional experience.

THE EXPERIENCE
Samantha, the property manager, comes to Villa Nuri with over a decade of experience in hospitality, most recently at the award-winning Latitude restaurant in the nearby W hotel. She is exclusively dedicated to assisting guests and remains on call to ensure everyone has the best experience possible. Our goal is to provide an ultra VIP experience so guests can fully relax and not worry about anything.
Samantha can arrange transportation, excursions, dining reservations, and shopping so that you arrive to a fully stocked refrigerator.
A Costa Rican breakfast every morning is included. Samantha can prepare other meals or special occasion celebrations for an additional fee. Professional chefs are also available to prepare gourmet meals.

We recently stayed for a week on Spring Break with two families - we had an amazing time at this incredible property - the view, pool, open air entertainment layout, access to the Reserva Conchal Beach club (hotel like services by the pool with food and drinks) and access to the ocean via the golf cart was a breeze ! And that was only the setup for the BEST part of staying at Villa Nuri Samantha (the house manager)!! Samantha was available at seemingly anytime with very quick response time - her and family cooked an authentic Costa Rican breakfast everyday (fabulous!). We were so impressed we had her prepare two in home dinners - that were literally some of the best, fresh meals we have ever had - went deep sea fishing and caught a bunch of grouper and snapper which we had filleted and Samantha and husband grilled to perfection and also made ceviche which was out of this world. Samantha handled transportation for us on many days with short notice and changing schedules, shopped for any groceries we requested and the staff cleaned the house daily (dishes, bedrooms and all) which was super helpful with 5 kids. Can’t say enough good things about the 5-star service - THANK YOU so MUCH Samantha for making this one of the best vacations ever !!

We had the most wonderful multigenerational stay at Villa Nuri. The home is truly exceptional—expansive, impeccably designed, and equipped with modern finishes that strike the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. It made traveling with a group feel easy and incredibly enjoyable.
What truly made the trip exceptional, though, was Sam, the villa’s house manager and concierge. She was an absolute rockstar—at the center of our entire experience. Every morning she prepared incredible Costa Rican family-style breakfasts, helped coordinate reservations, and even cooked two delicious, relaxed family dinners at the villa. Our Mexican-themed night (complete with homemade churros!) will go down as a highlight—my daughter is still talking about them.
While we did have a couple of minor hiccups with the AC and hot tub heater, Sam was incredibly responsive and hands-on, always available and quick to help resolve anything that came up.
We fell in love with Costa Rica, and Villa Nuri played a big part in that—we can’t wait to come back.

We had the most amazing vacation at this villa. The entire experience was incredible. Samantha was the kindest, most helpful person and her cooking was amazing. Will for sure be coming back!!!

In summary I would never book this house again. A lot of things annoyed me, but 2 of the biggest things were the hot rooms and that the owner made a decision to take away the golf cart on the 3rd day of our trip. Surprisingly the construction really was not a bother.
We booked for 7 nights with 3 other couples, everyone between 40-55 years old. We were told the patio and bathroom doors in each bedroom had sensors so make sure you lock them or the AC will not turn on. What they failed to tell us was that the master bedroom with the biggest bathroom had a tub that sat outside and the door between the bathroom and the tub had huge holes in it which made that bathroom very uncomfortable to be in. It felt like you were outside in the heat all day. To add, why would someone NOT want AC in their bathroom? Also they have someone during the day that cleans the rooms and sometimes she does not close the doors correctly, so you walk in after a long day of outside adventures and your room feels like a sauna.
Our 2nd biggest issue was the golf cart. Samantha, the house manager DID tell me over email and in person that the golf cart was not street legal. I unfortunately did not mention it to my husband or the rest of the group. Long story short, all the guys took the golf cart out of the resort. We were on a boat trip in Flamingo, Samantha found the golf cart and took it and left us stranded. The owner decided to just take the cart away for the rest of the trip,
