About this house rental
Look forward to our spacious vacation apartment with over 60 m² of living space in the manor house of the SPREEWELTEN HOTEL. It features a kitchen-diner with a dining area, a cozy sitting area with a sofa (which can also be used as a sleeping area), and two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. All of this is complemented by rustic furnishings—typical of the Spreewald yet modern. The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the manor house and is accessible exclusively via STAIRS.
Included in the room rate is a hearty breakfast at the Spreewelten Restaurant, access to the Spreewelten swimming and sauna area—(available to hotel guests from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure)— linens for each adult (bathrobe and sauna towel), parking fees, free Wi-Fi, and the statutory value-added tax.
A crib or high chair can be booked upon request.
Children aged 7 and older are permitted and will be charged 8.00 EUR.
TIP: Every Wednesday is Toddler Day—even the youngest children are allowed in the sauna (for a fee).
The Spreewelten Hotel, with direct access to the Spreewelten Bad, opened in early 2019. Designed and built in the style of a Spreewald three-sided farmstead, the hotel captivates with its spacious architecture, typical of the Spreewald region. The two buildings, the Gutshaus and the Speicher, house a total of 60 rooms in a rustic, modern atmosphere. Experience wonderful hours filled with wellness and fun for the kids, and set off on adventures with our penguins in the mystical Spreewald. Included in the room rate are access to the SPREEWELTEN BAD Lübbenau water park—for hotel guests starting at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival—parking fees, free Wi-Fi, and the statutory value-added tax.

Tourist tax: The town of Lübbenau/Spreewald is a state-recognized resort. A tourist tax is levied for the entire municipal area, including all localities and districts. It amounts to 2.00 EUR per night for each person aged 18 and older.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
