About this house rental
⚠️ Important information – please note before making a booking
Major drainage works are currently underway on Rue du Logement. Scheduled to run until 18 December 2026, these works may cause noise disturbance during the day as well as occasional disruption on the street and in the surrounding area.
We ask that you bear this information in mind before making a booking, particularly if you are looking for a particularly quiet environment during the day.
These works are beyond our control and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
We are offering this charming house for rent in Dinard, just 450 metres from L’Ecluse beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 120 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms, and a terrace of approximately 80 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with two single beds
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely tree-lined terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Dinard in a very pleasant setting. Close to L’Ecluse beach and all essential amenities, shops, restaurants, bars, market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 14 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing up and putting away crockery, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A surcharge of €50 will be applied if Cocoonr has to do this on your behalf.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team – the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals – who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

Villa l'Indépendante Perfect location in the heart of Dinard next to Les Halles where you can buy fantastic produce daily. The property has just been renovated and is perfect. Well laid out and very well equipped inside and out. Came with kids and grandkids and everybody loved it.
