Aruba Bay Resort - Our Beach Times TABG102 Our Beach Times is ready for you!  This brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort has been custom decorated in cottage style beach decor and has all the comforts of home. Our Beach Times has everything you could need for a great beach get away, sleeping up to 14 people in comfort. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private patio with a sitting area. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and all the dishes, pots, pans, and tools needed to make a fantastic meal.  Want a break from the beach or pool? Inside you will find your own shuffle board table, perfect for casual play or the competitive traveler. Plan your stay and book your vacation today! TOWNHOME INTERIOR FEATURES -First floor location, two stories -Flat-screen TV -Private WIFI network -Washer and dryer in unit -Electronic coded door lock KITCHEN & DINING -Fully-equipped kitchen, see FAQ for more details BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 14) -Downstairs master bedroom: King size bed -Upstairs master bedroom: King size bed -Bedroom three: Queen size bed -Bedroom four: Two sets of twin over full bunk beds -Living area: Queen size sleeper sofa -Downstairs bathroom: Walk in shower -Master bathroom: Walk in shower -Upstairs hallway bathroom: Shower/tub combo CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY. LOCATION -Close to the beach, 5 minute walk -Numerous restaurants, night life spots and tourist shops are 2 miles or less away -Mustang Island State Park 7 miles away -Padre Island National Seashore 15 miles away -Downtown Corpus Christi 20 miles away -USS Lexington 26 miles away -Texas State Aquarium 26 miles away THINGS TO BRING -Beach/pool towels -Shampoo & conditioner -Sunscreen -Beach gear, toys, chairs, umbrella -Food, condiments, oils & spices, coffee, coffee filters, etc. (No food products of any kind to left b/t stays)

We were down during the eclipse. When we arrived, there were a couple of pairs of Eclipse glasses present. A nice touch that made us feel extra welcome. The house was clean, instructions clear, and the access to the Yacht Club was a great touch. Close to the beach, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and showers, and the Big couch was perfect for the family to recover after a day in the sun. I highly recommend.

Outside of having two separate HVAC Technicians come to our home on two separate evenings, the stay was great. The single (2 Ton) HVAC Unit would not keep the downstairs area cool. The property manager even went out and purchased 3 box fans for us to use. This concern is not an issue with property management, as they responded promptly each time. The issue is with ownership or the builder going with and HVAC unit that is undersized in my opinion.

Great place to stay. The Kids loved the pool. The adults loved the little back yard area to hang out in the evenings. Wish they had more parking but overall very nice stay. We would consider staying there again.
