Clean, comfortable, good location.
We paid extra for a "Deluxe room with city view" - Our room had a view of the other side of the street! When challenged, the hotel said "That IS the city view"! Looking at the position of the hotel, I doubt whether any of the rooms, except perhaps on the very top floors, had any city views. The room was said to have a large seating area with a sofa/bed, it didn't. When challenged the hotel said "not all rooms have that" - so why make it a feature of the listing?

The location is great, easy walk to old town, train station and metro station a doorstep away.
The a/c in the room was noisy, the chair was torn, small stains everywhere, the reception area on the first floor was very small and only manned by one person. This is just not a 5 star hotel as advertised.

Can‘t get more central than this. Opposite the National Museum at the top of the Vaclav Square.

The bar was not open and the restaurant only served breakfast. The bathroom floor needed grouting.
