If you violate the policy, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. The person who uses their account to make the reservation must be present in the home during the booking, if they are not there, reservation can be cancelled immediately per 3rd party cancelation guidelines with no refund. There is a city noise ordinance prohibiting loud noises after 10pm. Violation of this ordinance will be reported and will result in cancellation with no refund.
