Perfect location the south end of Hampton Beach, this beautiful condo is only a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Marina, and the boardwalk are also just a few minute walk.
Enjoy ocean breezes from the private wrap around porch with a deck at the entrance and a second off the master bedroom. The newly renovated condo has a full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, & countertop that seats 6 guests. The living room has ample seating with a sectional couch and a large screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall is a bath with shower and washer & dryer. The 3 bedrooms each have a closet and sleeping space for six with 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed. Rental includes 2 assigned off-street parking spaces.

This condo was an amazing find & such a great stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating & communicated quickly & clearly. The condo is stocked with so many amenities which is huge bonus when traveling from out of state. From drinks, snacks, shower products, shower/beach towels, beach chairs, laundry products… you name it & I guarantee it’s there!
The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The downtown area is also about a 10 minute walk. We had a great time & would absolutely book this place again!

Absolutely perfect accommodations. Nothing to bring but your clothes. Too bad mother nature did not cooperate but we made the best of a good situation. Close to everything and extremely clean
