The location of the property as far as San Juan goes is phenomenal. Less than a block away from La Placita, with great priced restaurants and night life right there. Uber to old San Juan or Condado was less than 7. This place is great homey and they don’t care if you are loud cause we sure didn’t sleep and no one complained. The host was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful.

I enjoyed my time in Puerto Rico. The apartment was clean and great location, close to la Placita and short drive to San Juan. We only had one hiccup but Idalia was very helpful in resolving the issue, which was something out of her control. She was very attentive and really nice person. Thank you once again in letting us stay at your place and being a great host.

Overall the stay was great! Location is central to the Placita. And if you want to go out to bars and dancing it is definitely walking distance. About a block away so it is also quiet.
The one thing I would have liked was extra bath towels. Other than that everything was great!
Idalia was on top of everything before and after check in.
