"St Vincent" is a very pleasant studio, with a lot of character, thanks to its cement tile tiles, typical of the 19th century.
Functional, air-conditioned and well equipped, it will allow you to feel at home for a weekend or a few weeks.

The historic centre of Collioure is within pedestrian access. We are located in the living heart of the city. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: shops, restaurants, beaches, artists' studios... You can do everything on foot.

THE HISTORIC CENTRE IS IN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS.
There are several car parks in Collioure, I always send plans to help you easily find a parking lot. The station is very easy to access, you can easily reach it on foot (10min). Do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions about transport (airport transfer, train...).

The building dates from the 17th century, my great-grandparents were bakers there. She breathes history and tradition!

Very ideal location right in the centre of beautiful Collioure, however although the bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were good, plus the shower was excellent, the floor of the apartment was filthy. It took my husband 3 times to mop it and even then the water was brown. We have taken photos of this. Also through the week we had cockroaches. We are travellers rather than tourists so didn't expect 5 star accommodation but this was basic. The rules state that guests should clean up after themselves which is what we did but that floor hadn't even been swept for weeks let alone mopped.

Nous venons à la Résidence Saint Vincent depuis pas mal d'années maintenant et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Emplacement idéal, équipement complets : tout est bien pensé, rien ne manque et on profite en prime de la bonne odeur du pain chaud le matin grâce à la boulangerie juste en bas. Arrivée et départ simplifiés. Très bon rapport qualité prix, c'est une valeur très sûre.

Fabulous place but the apartment floor was filthy and took 3 attempts to clean. (We have taken photos of the filthy water). Also we had cockroaches.
