While it doesn't include an oven/stove, it's equipped with almost everything else you might need. We've thoughtfully provided two countertop stove burners and an air fryer to compensate for the absence of a stove/oven. Additionally, indulge in the convenience of a Pizzazz pizza maker because what pairs better with a movie than a piping hot pizza? You'll find the kitchen fully stocked with silverware, cups, plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and more, ensuring you have all the essentials at your fingertips. There's a cozy small high-top table with seating for two, along with a low-top table and six stools available at the dining bar for your dining convenience. BEDROOM: The bedroom is positioned down a hallway from the back section of the theater room. This shared space includes two queen beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements as well as a 50 inch smart tv with Roku. The bathroom is also located within this area for easy access. Parking: parking is not included with the unit but there is ample paid parking available at meters outside (mon-sat, sunday is free!) as well as multiple parking ramps within 2 blocks including one on the backside of the same building. EVENTS: For those looking to have an event at the space (corporate party, bachelor/bachelorette party, large get together etc) please send an inquiry with details. We are able to adjust check in/out times and make different arrangements to suit your needs! Guests will access the unit using a key & fob that will be retrieved from a lockbox outside the complex. Originally serving as a community room for the complex, this space boasts a unique layout, setting it apart from your typical apartment or traditional venue. We aim to provide transparency regarding its unconventional aspects, which contribute to its slightly more intriguing setup compared to standard spaces. Unique Notes: > The unit does not have a shower. The bathroom is more of a commercial style that you would find in an office or restaurant > There is not in-unit laundry but there is free laundry on the basement level > There is no oven/stove but we did add an air fryer and countertop burners > There is only one bedroom and it's separated by a hallway and a curtain rather than a door. > The lights in the theater room also control the lights in the bedroom but we have plenty of night lights and lamps in the bedroom if people are enjoying a flick while others are in the bedroom. > There is not a closet since it was not originally setup to be a livable area. > The unit does not have exterior windows Occupancy - the unit can sleep 6 in beds (2 in each queen and 1 on each bunk level) but also has 2 couches that are comfortable for sleeping if so desired. However due to the nature of the space, you are able to have more guests to enjoy your party, event or special night. If you have more than 8 guests please inquire. *Note* - this can be booked just as the theater room (this listing) with the one bedroom of sleeping quarters or we have a separate listing that also includes a studio directly across the hall that has in-unit laundry, a shower and two additional queen beds increasing sleeping capacity to 14! PARTY FEE: Although our space is perfect for hosting gatherings, please note that disruptive or unruly parties are strictly prohibited. Engaging in such behavior may lead to the cancellation of your reservation and could incur a fee of up to $1000. We enthusiastically welcome guests who aim to enjoy the amenities while maintaining respect for our neighbors within the complex! By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed on our listing. Here it is again for your reference: 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or complex. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am. 3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $75 each. 6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $30/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. 7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. 9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
