The home was perfect for our 9 day stay. It was equiped with everything we needed to cook, clean and do laundry with. There is a high fence that surrounds your property, so you have some privacy. There is a good size yard that our two small dogs were able to run around in. The home is 10-15 minutes from everywhere we went in Greeley, so very convenient. The host was very responsive to our messages. I read the prior reviews about someone saying the neighborhood is run down. In that neighborhood you have your people that take really good care of there properties and people who don't. It's like that everywhere. The people around us were very friendly. That's all that matters. Would definately stay again if we weren't moving to Greeley.

We enjoyed our week-long stay very much! The accommodation was incredibly homely, clean, and comfortable. The house included all the necessities we needed, making our trip stress-free and relaxing. Highly recommended!

This small duplex was a perfect size for our family of 5. It was very clean and the owners and property manager were quick to respond to all our needs. We would choose this house again!
