Welcome to this detached holiday home in the Ransburg district near Flachau! With a total of approx. 190 m², the property offers two holiday apartments of 50 m² and 140 m², making it ideal for families and larger groups of up to 15 people.

The house offers plenty of privacy and space for a relaxing holiday. The furnishings are simple, well maintained and practical. The larger apartment features a spacious living area, several bedrooms and bathrooms. A sauna is available for an additional fee.

The location is ideal all year round. In winter, the Flachau ski area can be reached within a few minutes. Cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths are also nearby.

In summer, the house is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and excursions into the Salzburg mountains. The Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt is also easily accessible.

The owner lives in a separate caretaker apartment in the building. The two holiday apartments are exclusively available to guests – perfect for a group holiday with plenty of space and privacy.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
