House for 8 people with different spaces to enjoy with family or friends. Holiday house for 8 people distributed over three floors. Parking for 3 vehicles to the same plot, air conditioning (Split) in each room. Outdoor space with pool, barbecue and garden furniture. On the ground floor: dining-living room, separate kitchen, bathroom (shower), direct access to pool and outdoor dining. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with a bathroom (bathtub) and terrace of 30 m². On the top floor: a room with solarium of 20 m². Beds: 2 x 1,60, 1 x 1,50, bunk bed 2 x 90. You will enjoy the large outdoor space, where you can prepare barbecue meals, refresh yourself at the pool in the company of your friends. Located 1 km from the center of Sant Pere Pescador and 2 km from the beach Amfora. Groups of young people are accepted, provided they maintain appropriate behaviour. Pets are allowed.
