This traditional 63 m² holiday cottage is located in the popular Bork Havn area, just 700 meters from the shores of Ringkøbing Fjord. The house is well-maintained and features a cozy, open-plan kitchen and living area that serves as the heart of the home, complete with a wood-burning stove and cable TV. The main residence includes two comfortable bedrooms, while a separate annex provides additional space with two rooms and its own seating area, making the property a great fit for families or groups of up to six. The interior is warmly furnished and equipped with modern essentials, including a dishwasher and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. For entertainment, guests have access to a radio and TV, and the kitchen is fully stocked with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker. The non-smoking house offers a welcoming atmosphere and is designed to provide a comfortable base for a classic fjord-side holiday. Outside, the living room opens directly onto a large, partially covered terrace, ideal for long summer evenings and outdoor dining with the charcoal grill. The house sits on a 705 m² secluded natural plot surrounded by trees, offering plenty of privacy and space for children to play. With local restaurants and grocery stores just 600 meters away, the property combines a peaceful natural setting with easy access to the charms of Bork Havn. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Had the best time at this holiday home! We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room, The bedrooms are nice and the living area was perfect for hanging out, I loved that it was close to local attractions like the Tirpitz Museum, which we visited, The terrace was great for morning coffee, Just a heads up, if you’re bringing pets, make sure they’re well-behaved since the property is enclosed but still needs a bit of supervision, Overall, I would definitely recommend it!
