The beautiful natural grounds are occasionally visited by rabbits, pheasants and other wildlife. Enjoy the beautiful view from the small bench on top of the dune! Inside the house, you will find a cosy, bright living room with access to the wind-protected terrace. The living room has both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, as well as a dining area and open access to the kitchen. The living room also provides access to the bright conservatory. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. Next door in the annexe are two additional beds, only 190 cm long, which can be used as an alternative. The two terraces of the house offer ample opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and dinner outdoors. A truly cosy holiday home in a beautiful location, where you can spend a relaxing family holiday on Fanø. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
