The Space: This modern beach house has 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and is well-appointed, spacious, and super comfortable. There is a nicely decorated primary bedroom with en suite full bath, 2nd bedroom with two queen size beds, and a bunk room (great for the kiddos) with a shared hall full bath. SLEEP/BATH CONFIGURATION: ~ Primary suite w/ King bed, deck access and en suite bath (sleeps 2) ~ 2nd bedroom with 2 x Queen beds w/ shared full hall bath (sleeps 2) ~ 3rd bedroom with 2 x Twin over Full/Queen bunk beds w/ shared full hall bath (sleeps up to 6) OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: charcoal grill, huge fan in main living area plus and ceilings fans throughout, WIFI/Internet, SmartTV, well-appointed designer kitchen, comfortable beds including luxury hotel grade bedding and towels, welcome kit, outdoor safety/security cameras Make 7 Palms of Terramar your group or family's next vacation retreat! The Neighborhood: TERRAMAR BEACH: This beautiful community has a neighborhood swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), boat launch and fishing pier in which guests may use and enjoy. It is approximately 20 miles east to Galveston's city center for many restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The beach access is just .41 mi (2182 ft) from this specific home. Other Things to Note: THE 979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES ADVANTAGE: This property is 979 Certified. All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight. DOG-FRIENDLY: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay. WIFI/TV SERVICE: Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required! CANCELLATION POLICY: For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee. Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's.
