About this house rental
Unobstructed views of the beach from this two-story 1948 sq ft home located in Sea Isle subdivision. This beachfront property is perfect for large or extended families looking for an island getaway. PLEASE NOTE: Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. Casablanca is an open concept home with hardwood floors throughout and comfortable coastal decor. Large floor to ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is only steps away for hours of fun in the sun and clean up afterwards is a breeze with the outdoor shower. The large deck has a small covered area to enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee in the shade, while the open deck is a great spot for sunbathing and lounging. If you enjoy grilling the shaded downstairs area is ideal for a family cookout. There is also a wooden swing to relax in while listening to the waves roll onto shore. Please note this home does NOT allow pets. During the summer months this home has a 4 night minimum. Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Outdoor Shower with Hot & Cold water; Half Bath. Main Level: Living room with views of the beach and a spiral staircase access to loft; Kitchen with dining area; Master Bedroom with King, TV with DVD and en suite bathroom; Bedroom with a Queen; Shared hallway bathroom; Bedroom with a King; Bedroom with 2 Twins and 1 Twin Trundle; Great views of the beach from the large partially covered deck. Second Level: Loft with 2 Queen Futons with TV and DVD; Bathroom with shower only. Subdivision Amenities: Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle seasonal Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available. Location: 17.5 miles to 61st Street; 20.6 miles to 25th and Strand; 16.7 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. Rented to attend a family reunion, The location, home and view were perfect. 7 Adults had comfort and room to mingle and rest. Would definitely rent again!

This beach house is stunning! It has everything and more for your beach stay! Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with most spices and utensils you will need. House stays cool inside ( huge deal) when you are at the beach. Large downstairs area for family to hang out and grill after a long day at the beach. Outdoor shower is a bonus too. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back!

This was my first time at Galveston. The house was perfect, the weather was great. My children said they would come back next June. Hurray for me!

Many homes listed in Galveston claim to be beachfront properties, but when you look on a map they are not. This house is actually on the beach and that’s why we stayed. Once you leave the backyard you are immediately on the beach. Perfect house, kids loved it. Would stay again.

It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend with family. We want to plan another weekend next year, God willing.
One suggestion, bring extra dish towels because that is the one thing lacking and maybe some taller folding chairs so you can see over the outdoor railing with a perfect view of the ocean.
Other than that, our stay was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. The views from the deck were incredible. Really nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Lots of activities to do in Galveston.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is great. I would recommend posting some updated photos to better represent the deck furniture, which includes 6 new Adirondack style chairs. The kids room with twin beds also has a trundle (missed that when reviewing the info) and a good sized closet. Unfortunately the master does not have a closet to hang up clothes and the bedroom my husband and I stayed in does not have an accessible closet (locked) or dresser to put clothes away. The upstairs bathroom is teeny-tiny and good for kids, but not adults that are 6'4". The fireplace did not work.

This house was perfect for me and a few friends to stay the weekend. It felt clean and is right on the beach. It’s about 30 minutes from main part of Galveston, but that’s fine because it was really nice and quiet down where we were. There’s no fan in the main bathroom downstairs so it got a bit musty smelling after showers. The beds were very firm which was great for me, but may not be everyone’s favorite. Lots of family photos on the walls. Overall a great place to stay for the weekend.

Great property, communication with rental group was great. Parking with multiple vehicles was not great. Needs taller deck chairs. Washing machine was not working but was being repaired for next guest. Extra towels and linens delivered promptly. Small bug issue but was scheduled for spraying. Lift would be a plus. Will rent again.

Super responsive management company. Answered any questions I had quickly and offered help right away. This house is cute with plenty of room and beautiful open windows. The view from the deck was incredible and the walk to the beach was super close. Quiet community. Definitely farther out from any tourist attractions but we knew that when we chose this house. Heads up if you go bring extra mosquito repellent! They were bad! Other than that we had a wonderful visit and would come again.

Casablanca was the perfect beach house for our family gathering of 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 4 children with the perfect amount of space for sleeping, eating, and play. Not only does it have easy beach access by foot, but also beautiful scenes of the ocean and amazing sunrises from the balcony overlooking the beach. If we get to have another family beach time next year, we will want to use Casablanca.

We love having family gatherings and this location was just perfect for all of us especially our little ones. The sunset, morning walks on the beach, see the sand crabs 🦀 on the beach ⛱️ when it was clear. Not worrying about the beach being over crowded. All together just beautiful 😍

The rental process was easy, accurate, and the agents were super! The breach front house was very clean and exceptionally comfortable with all the amenities. Ut is an older house, so it could benefit from updating, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, however, it is a great place for a relaxing stay at th4 beach.

Beautiful home, great views
Casablanca was a beautiful home. Very clean. We have stayed in many VRBO vacation homes and this one was the cleanest for sure. The home had everything we needed - many dishes, pots/pans, cookware, small appliances, utensils, and a double oven. The furniture was new (pictures are of older furniture) and it was all in great shape. The ocean front provided amazing views from several rooms. Gary Green Vacation Rentals was great to work with. I would definitely book with them again and when we come back to Galveston this is our new "go-to" home.

Absolutely beautiful house, we enjoyed every minute in it. Perfect location, nice private beach and the best view you can imagine.

Excellent family set up
Was as expected and as advertised. Nice private beach. There were lots of beach toys for the kids and some games for the kids inside. Problem with one of the beds but we resolved it. Some of the furniture was older but in general decent quality. Refrigerator smelled like fish. But the realtor said that was done by the owner. It didn’t last long..
Would suggest leaving instructions to the clothes washer. It took two hours just to do a load not to mention drying. Also instructions to fireplace. The shutters to the washer/dryer units also fell over but we fixed them..
We would rent this prosperity again.

Birthday at Casablanca
This property was away from the hustle of town but close enough to enjoy town when you wanted to. The beaches were all ours for walking. The deck area was perfect for our group of 7. Would go again.

Just FYI, the dishwasher door might need maintenance. The first time it was opened, we didn't realize it would come back so fast and ended up hitting a guest foot.

Beautiful expansive view of the beach!
The best part of this place is the view! You walk out the door or look out the windows and there it is - the sky, the water, the waves, the sand and its dunes, the sounds. The sunrises are beautiful, too.
The house itself is not the fanciest upscale and not as large as the photos look, but it works just fine. Be sure to ask if they have fixed the door of the dishwasher. To get sound on the tv, turn up the volume on the back of the monitor. The kitchen has every thing you’ll ever need in dishes, pots, pans, serving dishes, utensils, etc., and appliances, large and small. Thanks. Plenty of towels, too.

Our family of 11 stayed here for 6 days.
The pictures don't do justice! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family! While it is an older home you'd never know it! Very well kept to say the least! The view is breathtaking and again the pictures don't do justice as to how close to the beach you actually are!
The only issue we had was the dishwasher needs either repaired or replaced. It is very hard to shut and when it is closed it will leak!
I still give this place 5 stars and if I could I'd give 10! Plenty of room for all and basically everything was provided from beach toys to coffee cups!
I can't say enough how easy they made it for us to relax and enjoy! Very professional people!
We look forward to staying again in the future!

80 - 64. The house gave us plenty of room and privacy.

It is a nice property on the beach. Our family enjoy the stay. The bathroom upstairs is a little smaller than expected but is was fine for the kids. For an average adult, the shower might not fit. However, it didn’t really bother us because the kids use it. The house was right on the beach and the kids really like it. The beach was clean too. Will rent again.

The location is great, right on the beach. The views from the deck were great. This was our family’s getaway; my husband and I, my sister and husband, and my 80+ Yr old parents, all had a good time. The only negative is the stairs, the owner should really consider an elevator. Will definitely rent again.

beautiful home, just steps from the beach
Our family really enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca! My husband and I, our son and his wife and daughter, our daughter and her husband and their 3 children and our son-in-law's mother all had plenty of room. The kids really liked the loft area! The house was clean and only steps from the beach, just as pictured and described. We would recommend Casa Blance to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach!
