As seen on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt (under the previous name "Pink Breeze"), “Hermosa Beach House” is your perfect beachside getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1230 sq ft, with beachfront view house has expanded sleeping options for a maximum of 14 guests: The Master bedroom has king size bed and a twin over full bunk bed (with extra pull-out twin mattress) (sleep 6). 2nd bedroom has king size bed (sleep 2). 3rd bedroom has queen size bed (sleep 2). The living room has 2 queen sofa beds (sleep 4). Enjoy the great beach views and the warm breeze of the Gulf of Mexico from the large deck. Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, 70" smart 4k TV in the family room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, and high-speed internet connections. Updated with granite countertops, bamboo flooring, as well as access to the deck from the living room and master bedroom. Has a Foosball table and two cornhole boards. Located on the west end of Galveston Island in the sought-after community of Sea Isle. Once here there is no need to maneuver across busy roads to access the beach. You can easily take a 50-yard stroll to the beach for fishing and fun or enjoy the Sea Isle community pool, tennis court, and marina. Take the kayaks for a spin on the bay or beach. Boat owners and fishing fanatics - bring your fishing gear. Beachview in all the 3 bedrooms. Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bayside. Homeowner association office sells $100 pass and will cover up to 10 guests for a week. The public boat ramp is also available on bayside less than 1 mile away. Along with a marina, bait/fuel and supply store, playground, tennis courts, swimming pool, 2 restaurants (fine dining and casual), and bar. Sea Isle is a short drive into historic Galveston with its wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. With prior approval, a max of 2 small dogs is welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee. There's a 6W x 10L x 6H dog fence kennel. The responsible party should be at least 25 years of age to book and must occupy the property at all times. ** Sea Isle Boat ramp key and Fishing pier card key may be requested from the owner.** If guests lost these keys, they will be charged $200. Guest will pay a deposit of $150 (refundable $130) for the fishing pier and ramp keys. WIFI: High-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Water Toys: Two ten ft Kayaks may be used by the guest (2 life vests, 2 paddles are available for guests to use). They need to be returned in their racks and 3rd bedroom closet (for paddles) before guests depart. Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bayside. The homeowner association office sells $100 pass and will cover up to 10 guests for a week. This was a great place to stay. Great communication with great details about everything you need. We had a minor issue that was taken care of immediately, that is what you want in a host!

Very easy walk to beach. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views of ocean from deck with nice Adirondack chairs. Needed more than a steak knife to cut up a watermelon— but other than that the kitchen had what we needed. No place to store snacks and pantry items, but everything worked out ok —we left snacks on counter top. Bedrooms are very bright at night even though there are blinds. Streetlight still came into our room. There are 2 windows in primary bedroom up high towards ceiling that let in a great amount of light making it bright even at night. Surprised at the amount of noise at night and early morning from cars on the main road (house is close to main road). High winds definitely make the house sway and move. We paid $250 pet fee and ended up not taking our dog. I advised host we were not taking our dog and the $250 was not refunded. It says non refundable pet fee but believed that was if we cancelled the whole trip. Be careful of this— if you choose not to take your dog you will not get the $250 back! Very disappointed to lose $250. Host did offer us another night stay, but we could not stay another day. We paid $150 for pier access but ran out of time and host did graciously refund the $150–very happy about that refund. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. Overall the home served our purpose and we enjoyed Galveston very much.

The hermosa house is awesome very clean, very comfortable, All the beds are very comfortable. Maria is prompt in getting back with you. And right out the back door is the beach. Very relaxing, and not far from anything. We enjoyed our stay there very much. We used the fishing pier and Maria gets the deposit back right away.
Again we will be staying at Hermosa House next summer.

Our stay at “La Hermosa” house was amazing! This is our second time staying here, it was very clean and very spacious for my whole family! What we loved the most was the beach was just steps away! Very quiet and relaxing! Will be staying here again on our next trip to Galveston!

The house wasn't as clean as we expected. We had to clean as soon as we arrived. The furniture is not very comfortable. The home definitely needs a refresh as far as appearance.
We really enjoyed the deck and how close we were to the beach.

There was one house in front of ours but we still had a good view of the beach. I guess beachfront means the beach is in front of you rather than the way I took it to mean on the beach. But that was a miss interpretation on my part. It was a very short walk to the beach which was good. We were there for my granddaughter’s cheer competition at the convention center and that was the only real inconvenience. The location of the beach house was 14/15 miles from the center which was only bad because we had both morning and evening competition times so we had to make multiple trips back and forth each day. Again I knew the distance to and from but when you have to keep going back and forth it does get a little tiresome. But none of this was any fault of the owner. The kids enjoyed everything so that’s what matters.
