This beautiful home is the perfect spot for couples or large families to escape and recharge! Come home after a long day of adventures and relax in the 5-person hot tub. The hot tub patio allows for star gazing and sunset watching! The upstairs deck is covered and has several seating choices for a perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or a beverage! Access to the cabin is gravel, well maintained and right up to the front door. No need for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Chickadee Nest Retreat is only 4 miles to downtown Franklin, 19 miles to Sylva, 24 miles to Bryson City, and 35 miles to Cherokee. If it’s BBQ you prefer, there’s a fire pit and BBQ area just outside below the deck with a gas BBQ grille (propane always included), Adirondack chairs and a high-top pub table for outdoor dining in the fresh mountain air. The property has speedy WiFi, but it may be weak or limited at times since the property is in a rural area. We welcome your furry friends and there is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the home. We ask that you dispose of your tobacco trash in a water bottle! This cleanup is easy and reduces the risk of fire! Upstairs host a king bedroom, queen bedroom, kitchen, living room, bath with stand in custom tile shower. Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom, one set of bunks bedroom with toys for the kids, a full bath with tub, washer/dryer, pool table and game room area with a large 55 inch TV.
