These beautifully designed, spacious lofts in a handsome historic building right in the heart of the colonial zone made a brilliant haven for our second stay in Santo Domingo. The owners were responsive and kind and we would love to stay there again.

Fixie Lofts is in the heart of the National District and is within walking distance to almost everything from grocery stores to pharmacies. Restaurants and shopping are all within 250m from the unit
The unit is nicely outfitted to provide comfort, including running hot water, which is a luxury which is not normally afforded at most BnB’s in the Dominican Republic.
If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Music on the streets play well into the night. This adds to the charm of staying in the heart of Distrito Nacional.

The place is beautiful and apartments are spacious and comfortable. Communication is superb and check in process very easy.
