Logement fonctionnel mais accueil et gestion qui laisse a desirer!
Rien, car le séjour ne s'est pas du tout bien passé.
Nous avons séjourné une nuit en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). À notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de mode d’emploi clair dans le logement (pas même le code WIFI sur place, du coup nous n'avons pas utilisé l'internet). Après la nuit, nous avons quitté l’appartement en ayant rangé autant que possible (serviettes regroupées dans la salle de bain, vaisselle lavée et séchée, etc.).
Au moment du depart, le propriétaire a pris discrètement des photos de nous et du numéro de plaque de notre véhicule, ce qui nous a semblé un comportement peu approprié pour un hôte. Il m’a ensuite contacté pour réclamer des frais supplémentaires, estimant que certaines règles n’avaient pas été respectées (sac poubelle non sorti, vaisselle non rangée dans les armoires, serviettes non mises dans la machine à laver). Ces consignes avaient été envoyées le jour de l’arrivée via la messagerie Booking.com, mais je n’avais pas eu l'occasion de lire ce message avant le départ et pendant le séjour, ce qui est compréhensible car il est difficile de vérifier ses messages de dernière minute. En discutant avec le service client du Booking.com m’a confirmé que je n’avais pas besoin de répondre à cette demande et qu’aucun paiement n’était requis.
Concernant l’équipement, la qualité est moyenne : draps usés en polyester, tabourets instables, et seulement une fenêtre ouvrable, ce qui était difficile en période de canicule.
En résumé : le logement est fonctionnel mais accueil et gestion qui laisse a desirer! Propriétaire méfiant qui surveille ses clients sans dialoguer et facture des frais supplémentaires. Je ne recommande pas ce logement aux voyageurs qui recherchent une expérience sereine et accueillante.
