Wszystko super. Mieszkanie nowe, czyste, daleko od centrum ale blisko przystanek autobusowy więc odległość nie stanowi problemu.
Wszystko było ok . Brak minusów.

1. Construction site and heavy traffic zone nearby generating noise.
2. the instruction on how to access the entrance door was not explicit enough : the entrance is not from the main street, but around the block's corner
3. the access to the parking plot, requires a complicated flow: 1. park the car in the nearby street. 2. walk to the block, 3. enter the apartment 4. get the parking area door remote control, 4. walk back to the car, 5. drive in ... And the same in reverse order by leaving...
4. the instruction of how to access the parking area is not accurate : it specifies gate 4.there were two identical blockhouses, two access ways, with no external signs. The access gate number, reveals only after getting underground ....

It was very clean. The apartment is new and the facilities are in good condition. The balcony was nice. There were adequate dishes and some basic amenities for cooking (oil, salt), which was very useful. And of course it was close to Sziget festival :)
BUYERS BEWARE WATCH OUT - This apartment does NOT have AC despite what the listing says. It has a "ceiling cooling" system which is not effective in hot weather. The host arranged some fans on the second day which made it bearable to sleep, but otherwise this was quite problematic as Budapest was hot during our stay.
Also - all of the furniture felt very cheap and flimsy, and the apartment feels a bit small for three people.
