Groot en schoon appartement. Gezellig appartement en goed werkende airconditioning.
De schoonmaakster was de keycard vergeten neer te leggen in de box voor ons. Dat kan gebeuren maar hier moesten we wel een half uur op wachten.
Jammer dat de inchecktijd pas vanaf 15.00 uur is.

The deco is superb! I really like the long-seat setting, and the huge TV with Netflix is a great touch. I couldn’t find normal TV channels, but it’s not a big deal. The bathtub is great..The towels are good, and the microwave, coffee maker and hot/cold water dispenser are all useful. The fridge is also very cute! 😊
For improvement, it would be great to provide kids’ tableware, plus a small cookware set with an induction cooker especially for simple meals like Maggi. 😉 The mattresses were still okay, but a bit soft, so it may be time to replace them.

Only the house still acceptable
Very bad, dont go at all. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor crowd management. There were too many people checking in at the same time, and only four lifts were operating. We had to wait almost an hour just to get up to our room. The lift lobby had no air-conditioning and was extremely hot, making the long wait very uncomfortable.
Early the next morning, we also encountered an unfriendly security guard at the swimming area. Although we arrived at 7:45 a.m. ready to swim, we were not allowed to enter until 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, it started to rain just before the pool opened, and the children were very disappointed after waiting so long. Overall, it was not a pleasant staycation experience, and I would not recommend it for families seeking a relaxing holiday.
