The location
Having the toilet 1 meter next to your bed in the bedroom is certainly not ideal. No windows or proper ventilation. Very awkward for a couple if u have to use the toilet during the night. No privacy at all.

Joli pied-à-terre pour un séjour en Arles. Décoration soignée, équipements nombreux.
Le WiFi mérite un upgrade, important car la 5G n'est pas au rendez-vous dans la zone.

Appartement propre, déco sympa et très bien situé. Climatiseur efficace et silencieux. Propriétaire réactif et attentif.
La chambre n'a pas de fenêtre. Le manque d'intimité : les toilettes sont à peine à un mètre de la tête du lit. En regardant bien les photos ont s'en aperçoit mais il faut bien regarder. Heureusement nous sommes un "vieux" couple mais je ne conseille pas pour un séjour amoureux...

The location in a historic older section of the city was excellent; well within walking distance to most places, and just a short drive in my wheelchair.
I had asked if the place was suitable for a person using a compact electric wheelchair and was told it would meet my needs, but it was far from suitable for any physically compromised person. Firstly there was a very narrow passage at the entrance that my wheelchair barely scraped through after a struggle to get the keys, and my chair had to vault over the French door track! Both the toilet and shower are totally open to the bedroom. While this was acceptable for me, it would be very unpleasant for most couples! The owner could at least install a curtain. Many things in the kitchen were seriously out of reach for anyone of normal height. I told the owners that the extremely high placement of the microwave was dangerous, but despite providing a requested step, it was still unsafe to use. Someone could end up with a plate of scalding food in their face, but the owner is willing to take that risk and did not see a reason to lower the placement to normal eye level. When you charge a cleaning fee you should not expect guests to strip the sheets off the bed, etc.; this is not cheap hostel accommodation!
