The appartment is modern, spacious, clean and very well equipped, situated within a quiet building. There are clear instructions upon arrival regarding a/c, keys, rubbish disposal etc.
Due to it being situated in something of a urban "courtyard", the general traffic noise bounces off the surrounding buildings in an echo chamber which makes sitting on the balcony pretty noisy. However, inside the apartment with the windows closed you barely notice it.
The key collection / return is a bit of a pain because the key locker is located 5 or 6 mins away by car. It's can be a problem if you are travelling by foot with luggage although not too bad if you have a car / taxi but still it's an added issue when checking out and heading to the airport. It would make much more sense to have the key locker on-site.

This is a very comfortable apartment in the heart of Cannes but yet in quit street. Clean and elegant, it is ideal for a family of four!
There is only one bathroom, so when you travel with friends, this is a disadvantage.

Spacious and modern apartment. All facilities that you need. The balcony was great although the sound of the traffic was very loud even though it’s not really a main street. It’s was only a 10 minute walk to the marina and there are useful shops reasonably close.
The method of collecting and returning the keys was a pain because the collection point is quite far away if walking. This is more of a problem when leaving than when arriving because you have to allow extra time for getting to the airport. Slightly noisy street as a result of the traffic.
