The stay was very pleasant and comfortable at Basant Sarovar. Neat and clean rooms and the staff was very helpful.

Not much to write here except reception staff. They were quite friendly and cooperative.
Beds were quite comfy and we slept well
The room had a strong smell on arrival, and there was visible mold around the window area. We had to run the AC at full power for about 30 minutes to clear the odor. The hotel should address the mold and improve ventilation, as this can affect health.
Overall, an average stay with room for improvement
