The studio is in a good location, close to the beach and only a short walk to the town centre. The kitchen has the basics for 2 persons self-catering, including a kettle and a microwave. It was quiet at night.
Parking is by zone, so around the studio it was green zone, meaning overnight and all day on weekdays during September/low season it is free.
The sofa bed was a little lumpy I felt. Maybe a decent mattress topper would be a good idea. I took my own bedding as it is only provided at extra cost.
The studio is very compact and I left the sofa bed open since I was travelling solo, but would be very cramped to do so if two persons.

Pas de petit-déjeuner.
Bon emplacement.
Beaucoup d'exigences dans les contacts pour l'organisation du séjour par rapport aux autres réservations déjà effectuées .
Tarif proche de celui d'une chambre d'hotel, pour un espace minime et un lit pliant ...
Bref, un tarif qui ne m'est pas apparu justifié.
