Nomad Hotel Side - Adults Only

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat eine schöne Aussicht.

The Nomad hotel is a gem in the historical center of Side. It located in quieter part of the center right next to the small beach with no crowd most of the time. It was very convenient to start the morning with the cup of coffee from coffee machine in the room and then go for a morning swim. And then during the day to stop by for a swim every time you need to refresh after strolling in the hot air. There is another bigger beach, with more open space hundred meter away, but we preferred this little beach with calmer waters. The hotel is quite new and very stylish designed in white with sun terrace with sunbeds, open food courtyard and parts of floor covered with glass opening ancient structure underneath. In fact, couple of times I saw strangers come inside the courtyard simply attracted by the beauty of design. The room was big and very cozy; the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. If you prefer some privacy and independence over all-included resorts, this place can’t be better. The entrance to ruins to explore is hundreds of meters away but you have also plenty of ruins all around to explore for free. Small shops and restaurants are also all around. But what makes this hotel truly stay apart from others is the management. Even in the Turkey famous for its hospitality, the way Mehmett, the manager, treat the guests is remarkable. He helped with everything, from small favors like providing bottle opener or knife for fruits and vegetables to arranging trips, helping to rent a car, suggesting restaurants etc. This type of service made our vacation smooth, worry free, all small problems raised were resolved quickly. Other members of staff were also very friendly, and we felt so welcome. We had amazing time.

The breakfast was good and served in a beautiful location at the restaurant 500m away from the hotel. The only concern is that this was exactly the same breakfast for 10 days. For that reason I would skip it next time. The breakfast at the hotel site would be ideal. I know they plan to have it next year. Also buffet would be preferable.

Ubytování je tak krásné, jak vypadá na obrázcích. Pokoje jsou prostorné, denně uklízené, doplňována voda, kosmetika, kapsle do kávovaru, čaje, měněny ručníky. Skvělá wifi. Na pláž doporučuji mít svůj velký ručník. Pár kroků od moře, v okolí mnoho restaurací. Je zde ale dost draho. Zřejmě je lepší si vzít hotel all in, než platit denně za snídaně a večeře, neušetříte na tom. Hotel je adults only, není zde sice bazén, ale můžete si odpočinout na lehátcích v krásné zahradě. Velmi milí hostitelé. Pláž je písčitá, buď si můžete zaplatit za lehátka a slunečník, nebo mít svou deku. Na pláži není žádný stín.

Co mi vadilo byly světlé závěsy. Jakmile vysvitlo slunce, jako byste žádné závěsy neměli, to je na spaní opravdu špatné, v noci byly osvětlené balkóny, takže nebyla tma ani v noci. Závěsy bych opravdu doporučovala vyměnit za tmavé, v komentářích jsem si všimla, že to vadí mnoha lidem. Další velké mínus bylo, že jakmile odejdete z pokoje, klimatizace se vypne. Nemůžete si tedy pokoj vychladit, když v něm nejste. Díky tomu jsem byla pěkně nemocná, když na mě klimatizace foukala v mé přítomnosti a zkazilo mi to dovolenou :(

Außerordentlich freundlicher und netter Service, stets zuvorkommend. Die Hotelanlage und die Einrichtung der Zimmer sind sehr schön und es mangelt an nichts.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde innerhalb der Hotelanlage und auch um die Hotelanlage gebaut mit z.T. sehr lauter Geräuschentwicklung. Tagsüber liefen Bauarbeiter herum, so dass es unmöglich war, zu dieser Zeit die schöne Außenanlage zu benutzen. Das Treppenhaus und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Der Hotelmanager und seine Frau, immer sehr nett und bemüht, haben in keiner Weise zu den Bauarbeiten etwas gesagt oder uns zu einem Preisnachlass eingeladen. Es ist nicht in Ordnung, Gäste zu empfangen und vorher nicht auf die Bauarbeiten hinzuweisen.
