The location is so convenient, with easy access to all the major attractions, as well as shops and restaurants. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable too.
The hot water was another huge plus for us. There was plenty of hot water with no time limit, even when we had longer showers or multiple people showering one after another. Compared with other accommodations we’ve stayed at on Phillip Island, this was definitely a standout feature and made our stay much more comfortable.
We all had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would happily recommend this property!
The only minor downside was that the shower door was a little loose, and the top part of the hinge popped out a couple of times while we were showering. It wasn’t a big deal, as we were able to put it back into place very easily. I mentioned it to the host towards the end of our stay, and he responded promptly and said he would get it fixed.
Communication with the host was smooth and clear throughout our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and really enjoyed our stay!

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus mit tollem Blick auf den Golfplatz. Die Zimmer sind alle toll ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist eher am Stadtrand, aber für uns war es ideal.
Es war etwas staubig im Haus und im Wohnzimmer gab es ein paar Ameisen.

This home is modern, spacious, private and quiet. We loved the entertainment of watching golfers, birds and wildlife visitors. Close to a wide choice of places on the island to eat great coffee, food and wine, or a full kitchen to enjoy cooking at home with a view. It’s very comfortable, has great hot water, a spacious garage, green lawn and equipment for activities if you bring kids. Highly recommended for couples or families. (The photos are accurate and be aware that there are steps.)
A few cobwebs and some dust around but it is near bushland so that’s not unexpected.
