Lovely spacious accommodation that comfortably fit our group of 9 adults, a baby and a dog. Incredible views and lovely to have use of a hot tub. Plenty of parking space for our 4 cars, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Two double bedrooms upstairs with en-suites, two double bedrooms downstairs with their own private toilet, and one twin bedroom downstairs with a bathroom (shower and toilet) next to it. Mark the owner was really responsive to messages and super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, we had a lovely time here.

The property was amazing. The house was so clean, tidy and very comfortable. The hot tub was located on the top floor which made even better to take in the stunning views. Mark the host was very responsive. We can’t wait to return.

I cannot think of the right words to describe the feeling as you walk through the front doors, passed the wooden staircase to a large open living area and facing straight through the glazed patio doors out onto the garden and open rolling fields. There is a feeling of instantly feeling welcome and relaxed. The patio area is huge, it's level, well kept and has a large dining table. The garden leads you to the most fabulously shaped tree and views of open fields, running Deer and Horses and a sunset that is quite remarkable. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment of a suitable size to cook for 10 people and the open plan allows for the kitchen to be part of both the living and dining areas easily. The bedrooms are all of a really decent size and the views from the two bedrooms upstairs are incredible, with access to a large balcony area from each of them. All the double bedrooms have their own en-suite toilets and sinks, with the two bedrooms upstairs also having en-suite showers. The twin room downstairs is right next to the shared bathroom and shared shower. The hot tub is well kept and a decent temperature, it is easy to use and has ample space, again with views over the fields to watch the calming surrounds and wildlife. As a host Mark was exceptional, living next door is very convenient and being able to talk to him over the hedges was a nice personal touch and felt in no way intrusive or like we were being watched, this was a very welcome and personal touch that made us feel even more at home. This property has to be seen to be believed, while the photos are accurate and representative, they really do not do the place justice, it has a wow factor. I'm almost reluctant to speak too highly of the property and of Mark, because we would like to return and if I promote it too much, availability may become a struggle, but quite honestly to deny the opportunity for others to have the experience that we have just had would be wrong. You should book.

There is literally nothing that we as a group didn't like. The experience far exceeded our expectations.

Magical view, spacious house with plenty of room for 9 of us, the hosts were responsive & very helpful. The property was decorated for Christmas. Very peaceful & would definitely recommend.
