La situation , pres du centre ville , d'un parking , du marché et d'un environnement exceptionnel
La propreté de la vaisselle d'où un inconfort hygienique , les deux volets d'escalier étroits et pentus où l'accès avec les bagages est risqué

Le logement est lumineux avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et à l’écoute. Un grand merci à Candice.

Awesome, nicely renovated old flat next to the beautiful cost of Loing with a with. Nice interior design, cosy garden, lots of plants int he apartment, clean room, cosy bedroom, hundreds of free parking places 30m from the flat.
The bathroom is also renovated, however the bathtub looks quite old and dirty, not a pleseant surprise when you see it, water was constantly dripping too, because the tap was broken.
The common area is very dirty and could be also revonated a little bit, but a nice and regular cleaning can upscale the experience very much.
But please upgrade that bathtub situation! The apartmant is very well equiped, but I would have been happy if there had been a dishwasher...
