Petit appartement au 1er étage,très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut voire plus(sauf de l'huile, peut être un oubli🤔 ),confortable, au calme et bien situé pour visiter la ville.
Fenêtres équipées de volets roulants et de rideaux occultants.
Beaucoup de pression à la douche.
Grand parking gratuit à moins de 10 min à pied(600m).
Bruit d'écoulement d'eau dans les tuyaux de la sdb provenant d'autres appartements.
Couchages pour 4 personnes mais surface plus adaptée pour 2.
Les fenêtres donnant sur la rue, on entend un peu les voitures circuler mais rien de très dérangeant.
Un peu trop chargé à mon goût.

It is close to many sightseeings and points of interest. It has nice parking places nearby (pay attention to the paid schedule) and very close to the Free parking Lacuzon – 5 minutes walk. 30 mins walk to a lake (Etang du Vignoble) on a nice river promenade (Scheldt); 10-15 minutes to the city center. Close to a Carrefour shop opened untill 22.00 o’clock. Comfortable beds, both main and secondary. Very close to Belgium – and it is a very nice option in terms of money and distance for Pairi Daiza – 30-40 minutes driving. We had a nice time, a nice stay – with everything in place and order.
Pay attention to the lock on the building entrance door - it works a little harder. Also some smell in the appatrtment if you don't open the window for fresh air.
