Unser Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Städtchen Stolberg war hervorragend.

Die Lage der Wohnung war hervorragend.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir die Schlafstube nicht verdunkeln konnten, da keine Rollos oder Vorhänge zum Zuziehen vorhanden waren.

Lage top! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Flop. Nächstes Mal woanders.

Stolberg ist eine sehr schöne, kleine Stadt.

Die Sauberkeit ließ leider extrem zu wünschen übrig. Alle Oberflächen haben geklebt. Unter der Kaffeemaschine waren verschimmelte Speisereste. Das Backblech und Ofenrost waren keimig und verklebt. Die Fußböden haben geklebt, die Plastikverkleidung des Toasters ist bereits angeschmolzen (daher haben wir ihn genauso wenig wie den desolaten Gasofen/-Herd benutzt. Die Kaffeemaschine war dreckig. Im Kühlschrank befand sich noch eine angebrochene Milch von den Gästen vor uns (oder davor?), im Gefrierfach ein TK Gericht. Das Bad war nur über den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Flur zu betreten. Auf dem Teppich vor dem Bett im Wohnzimmer gab es einen dunklen Fleck unbekannter Herkunft. Der wirklich winzige Fernseher lieferte eine Bildauflösung, die an die Anfangszeiten der Flachbildschirme erinnert. Der Mülleimer ist der Küche war außen fleckig und schmierig. Im Bad gab es gleich gar keinen Eimer (unhaltbarer Zustand für etwaige gebrauchte Hygieneartikel). Der Innenhof, war unaufgeräumt und schmutzig. Da hat es leider auch nicht geholfen, dass der Vermieter durchaus freundlich bemüht war uns rumzuführen und den Herd zu erklären. Mit allen Unzulänglichkeiten in der Ausstattung hätten wir leben können. Nicht aber mit den hygienischen Zuständen. Wir sind nicht pingelig, was Sauberkeit angeht, aber hier haben wir uns ausnahmslos geekelt. In der Nachbarwohnung funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig. Sauberkeit war dort ein ähnlich schlimmes Thema.
