Very friendly environment and stuff

Location close to main train and bus station, easy access to transport, town centre & restaurants, and the hotel issues a free guest-card that covers the use of local buses - very useful for walkers. Staff were friendly & helpful, especially the receptionists & the young girl who explained to us how to use the washing machines. The room itself was a good size and well designed - plenty of hooks and hanging space, good lighting and effective air-conditioning. We appreciated the utility room where we were able to wash and dry clothes for a very reasonable, modest charge. Breakfasts were good - plenty of food and plenty of variety, and great views of the adjacent mountains. This is a very accommodating property which is designed and operated with guest comfort front of mind.

The breakfast room gets very busy first thing, despite its large size, as all the guests want to get away to their outdoor activities as early as possible. After half an hour it quietens down considerably.
