Skiurlaub auf der Turrach
Unkomplizierter check-in; Sauna und Whirlpool vorhanden; Betten waren bequem
1.) Wir haben Anfangs für 4 Personen buchen wollen, uns dann auf 6 Personen geeinigt, da noch Freunde mitfahren wollten und die Kosten für 3 Nächte für die 2 Personen nur zusätzliche 45 Euro bei booking.com ausmachten (bei einem Gesamtpreis von 1624 E). Als diese 2 Freunde noch Ihre Partner mitnehmen wollten und die Buchung schon getätigt war, fragten wir an, ob wir noch 2 Personen mitbuchen könnten. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies nur direkt über den Vermieter möglich sei und in diesem Fall 175,5 Euro kosten würde (anstelle von weiteren 45 Euro, wenn wir die Änderung gleich vor Buchung auf booking getätigt hätten). Das ist eine reine Abzocke von Gästen und alleine schon der Grund, warum wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen werden!
2.) Als wir vor Ort ankamen, war dann für diese extra gebuchten Gäste nicht einmal Bettzeug/Handtücher vorbereitet. Dies wurde anscheinend vergessen. Nach Anruf, wurde gesagt, dass das Bettzeug vorbeigebracht würde. Als nach dem Abendessen dies immer noch fehlte, wurde uns auf erneute Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass niemand mehr kommt, wir das Bettzeug aber von einem anderen Hotel abholen können (ca. 1,6 km entfernt - also nur mit Auto möglich; aber dafür haben wir ja 175,5 Euro gezahlt :( )
3.) Die normal verbaute Heizung liefert kaum Wärme, deshalb muss man mit einem Tischherd in der Küche zuheizen. Dies stellt für uns normalerweise kein Problem dar - wir heizen gerne. Allerdings war das Holz extrem feucht, dass es jedes mal eine Herausforderung war, die dicken Scheite zum Brennen zu bringen. Eine Axt fehlte - wir konnten keine kleinen Spähne herstellen. Außerdem waren die Holzvorräte am letzten Tag aufgebraucht. Uns wurde bei Ankunft auf Bitte mitgeteilt, dass Holz geliefert werden würde. Auch hier haben wir nichts mehr gehört - Holz wurde auch keines geliefert. Die Aschenlade war anfangs auch komplett voll inkl. eines halben Brotlaibs.
Noch dazu kommt kaputtes Geschirr, abgebrochene Drehregler beim Herd, Schmutziger Boden,...
