Swimming pool. Close to the town centre.
It was absolutely dirty apartment. Dirty beds sets, towels, kitchen stuff.
If you are planning to rent this property in the future, be aware that you will have to pay additional charges for bed linen, electricity and other expenses.
Please also note that you will be charged €70 for the final cleaning. The bed linen costs €48, despite the fact that it was absolutely dirty and clearly not fresh. When we asked for it to be replaced, they brought us something slightly cleaner, but it was still old, worn and clearly overused. We were also told that there would be an additional charge of €100 for using the air conditioning.
The agents who rented out the property to us were rude and simply said that this was not their problem. They claimed that the owners had stayed in the property before us and that it was the owners’ fault, not the agents’ responsibility.
Novasol should be checking the people they work with more carefully. Situations like this damage their reputation and put their customers in a completely unacceptable position.
If I had had the time, I would definitely have reported this to the police and tried to get my money back.
