Central location. Comfortable furniture. Newly fitted kitchen.
What looks like a normal hot water tap in the kitchen sink is in fact a boiling water tap. There is no warning notice about this and no safety switch. Could badly burn someone.
There was only one kitchen cooks' knife, no potato peeler, vegetable knives etc. I did report this.
Upon arrival we discovered the bathroom sink mixer tap did not work. After some investigation I discovered that the handle had come away from the body of the tap and been replaced the wrong way. I reinstated it in the correct manner and it worked but it still comes away in your hand if you are not careful. Needs to be replaced. I did report this.
The parking bay is very tight. If there is a car in bay 4 it is impossible to get into bay 5 (Mercedes CLS).
There are 31 steps up to the apartment. No lift.
You need to access the property through the main streets of the town. From mid July to mid September Tenby closes access to these streets between 11am and 5.30pm for pedestrian safety. You can access the property via another route (i.e. going the wrong way up a one way street and checking in with the traffic warden) but this was not communicated to us. It would have been very helpful if we had been told in advance as only after a phone call on the second day were we told what to do.
