Location is amazing. Right on the edge of main city centre. Felt safe to wander out at 10pm for coffee and cake at a café. Beautiful town. Loved our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic view of Bayeux Cathedral from the living area.
You need to go up one flight of stairs on a steep spiral staircase with no hand rail, which was full of character, but a bit challenging with luggage. Having a secure car parking space was great, but we found it too tight to comfortably turn into driveway. We only used the car park once over the 5 days we were there, chosing instead to find a park nearby which wasn't too hard to find. The door is a bit of a challenge to lock and unlock, but we got the knack of it.

Great car parking. Close to town/restaurants. Having a washing machine and full kitchen was great.
No air con or fan (heat wave- 32deg!).
Location of hand basin and toilet, you have to walk the full length of the apartment to wash your hands after using the toilet.
Pub up the road has drunk people staggering past from 1-3am which kept us awake.

The property was in a terrific location, close to everything one would want to do in this beautiful town
There are several things that could have been improved, such as the window shades on three of the windows were on the windowsills instead of installed. So we could not close the window shades. The bathroom shower was disappointing. The floor seemed to have mold around the edges, and was caulked over. The Nespresso maker did not work.
