Clean, quiet, safe and well equipped apartment, recommended.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped, including the kitchen, the shower is hot and the bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe and you can even see the snowy mountains from the bedroom windows. There is a supermarket at a walking distance and a few bakeries and shops. There is a secure parking for cars / motorcycles which we really appreciated. Payment was done via secured link which was easy, unlike many other places in Argentina that insist on cash. The apartment is not at the centre of Ushuaia, but we preferred it like that as it was quiet and we either walked into town or took an Uber which was reasonably priced.

Check in process - we didn't receive any message with instructions on how to collect a key etc, which was odd, but luckily when we arrived at the property we knocked on the door of the main house and the gentleman gave us a key. Also, the communication with the lady who we paid for (via WhatsApp) was very "dry", not even a "thank you" once payment was done or checking whether we need anything during our 3 nights stay. None of this was critical, though, and we'd still recommend this place.

Perfect stay in Ushuaia

Property is spacious, kitchen has all basic things if you want prepare food by yourself. Very close to the airport. A bit outside of city center but it's ok if you want to rest further from the town noise. It's only 3km walk to the city center, o couple dollars to get there by Uber. And the view! Each morning leaving the property you can enjoy the view to Martial Glacier from the street in front of the property :-) Hosts are responsive and constantly did take care of my stay. Excellent heating. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gratitude tee/coffee and welcome cookies. Minor but pleasant thing especially if you come tired after your long travel to Ushuaia :-)
