The waterpark, the food.
The beds need replacement and for couples need to give double beds.
There were also ants in the toilet.

The water park with the lazy river
The food quality was extremely disappointing. It was clear that the management prioritizes cutting costs over providing quality meals. Nothing was fresh, and it felt like everything was planned to offer the service at the minimum possible cost.
