La disponibilità della signora Nicoletta, la posizione ( nel centro storico), e la vicinanza al grande parcheggio gratuito. Colazione convenzionato con un buon bar pasticceria proprio sotto l'alloggio
Il bagno troppo piccolo e senza finestra, esterno alla camera così come la cucina, senza nessun accessorio nel caso uno volesse preparare qualcosa

très bien placé; joli local propre, bien équipé, calme.
acueil très désinvolte, aucun renseignement touristique, on ne nous a pas avertis que pour la fête le stationnement était interdit , les voitures enlevées et nous avons évité de justesse la fourriére. contravention bien sûr.
on ne nous donné aucune information sur la fête de santa rosa, pour laquelle nous venions, pas un plan de la ville.
il a fallu retéléphoner trois fois pour faire marcher la climatisation.
la salle de bains manque de place pour poser et accrocher
