Samuel was very correct and clear in his communication. He was still cleaning the apartment when we arrived, so we sat outside on the patio until he was done. Everything we needed was there (except for some groceries of course :-) but there are shops nearby, so that was no issue. We discovered a new area of Paris, the 13th arrondissement and we would definitely come back here and recommend it to others.
The stairs to get to the bedrooms are quite steep and that can be difficult if you need to go to the toilet upstairs in the dark. You don't really want to switch on a light as the bedroom with the separate beds can't be closed off and you don’t want to wake up the people that are sleeping there. The stairs can't be changed, so it would be good to see if there is a way of closing off that bedroom a bit more. In the end we solved it by switching on the light of the extractor hood before going to bed, so we had some light upstairs just in case.

Tiene paradas de autobús cercanos y con buenas combinaciones. Los dueños del apartamento son muy amables y atentos.

Que se podia or andando a muchos sitios, por ejemplo media hora andando a Notre Dame.
Me gustó la amabilidad del propietario y la tranquilidad del vecindario
Las habitaciones están en un sótano sin apenas ventilacion. La escalera de acceso es pequeña y cruje mucho. Hay dos habitaciones y tienes que pasar por una para llegar a otra. La habitación de paso no tiene intimidad porque hay dos estores escasos.
En la cocina echamos de menos menaje y un escurre platos.
A mayores, hay un ruido de motor todo el rato
