The house was beautifully presented, spacious and private. The local area had all the necessary amenities within easy reach and the location was perfect for exploring the rest or Cornwall.

Plenty of space to take a time out, plenty of table space for a good family get together in the dining room, good sized kitchen and plenty of space in the garden.
Some of the pans in the kitchen could do with replacing, the sofas in the main sitting room are a bit tired - if replaced could do with higher seated sofas as the current ones are quite low and are problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home over Xmas - it was perfect and we would thoroughly recommend it to any future guests. We had a fabulous time and it was in a great location which was a real find for our family of 8. It is extremely spacious and all rooms were large, with enough space to get away from each other for some quiet time. There is a, well stocked kitchen, and large pantry for storage and a lovely well kept garden. The beds were extremely comfortable too, and good quality linen and towels provided. We had good communication from owners with helpful local information and everyone said they would come again in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping us make great memories ❤️
The only thing that would have been helpful would have been essentials for cooking such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, ketchup etc being available as we didn't bring these and there were no shops to pick these up when we realised these weren't provided on Xmas Day. A welcome hamper would also have been a nice touch

The property is perfectly located for discovering the best locations on the Lizard peninsula and beyond. A lovely walk along the coast path takes you to several beaches and the tranquility of Mullion Cove, but remember to allow time for a stop off at the village pubs on the way back. The iconic beauty of Kynance Cove is only a 10 minute drive away, this is always the highlight of our visits to the area. The car park at Kynance is also an ideal start point for a coast walk to Lizard Point.
The house has everything you need for the perfect group get-together, family and friends will be amazed that you found this gem! Plenty of relaxation is available with a wide range of books and a large garden for peace and tranquility, however there are also amenities for those who like a little more fun, a piano, darts and many games are ideal for social interaction around the large dining table and the fire pit barbecue is a wonderful option for outdoor evenings in the summer.
The list of positives is endless, the only negative is leaving at the end, we will certainly return.

To give a fair and honest review we had to think hard to come up with negative points, all we could think of was... Bathroom door requires a spray of WD-40 as it squeaked a little. Worth noting that seating in the lovely garden is limited to 6 people and one table, however we think adding more seating would be to the detriment of such a beautiful garden
