I usually provide reviews for accommodation to help others because I value this myself.
However, in this instance I am compelled to write this simply to share how amazing our experience staying at Le Chalet des 3 Ours (The Chalet of 3 Bears) has been.
Over the past 23 days, we have stayed for one night each time in a range of accommodations across Europe. Some hotels, some apartments and some B&B’s.
This is by far the best of the best and the bar was already very high.
This is the quintessential B&B experience with every detail perfection.
A cosy cabin-style abode with views of Lake Geneva on the edge of Evian. The hosts are charming, warm and welcoming, balancing care, attention and privacy perfectly. The breakfast is spectacular, with home-made produce in abundance.
This is the best of the best without question or reserve.

Wunderschöner Ort mit Blick auf den See und ein sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Agnes. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Man bewohnt ein kleines separates Blockhaus, dass liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Agnes hat uns für den Abend schon vorab einen Tisch reserviert in der Brasserie de Neuvecelle, fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Fleisch dort ist richtig gut. So mussten wir am Abend nicht noch lange nach einem Restaurant suchen. Das Frühstück draußen auf der Terrasse serviert, war super reichhaltig mit selbst gemachten Produkten.
Es war sehr warm im Häuschen. In Anbetracht des Klimawandels wäre vielleicht doch eine Klimaanlage eine gute Investition für die Zukunft.

Magnifique petit écrin ce petit mazot . Très bien décoré , très propre . 1 seul bémol lit de 140 . Nous n avons plus l habitude !
