This was our third time staying at Antigua de Cabo. We love the property and the spacious villas. The location is excellent. Just a short walk or a quick (and cheap) ride share to anywhere you want to go!
It was hard to get the hot water going in the showers, but to be fair we didn’t report it either. We are pretty easy going travelers in that respect!

The place was clean and served it's purpose for what we had in mind, which was a place close enough to town to walk and a place to sleep. Security is good and having electronics door locks kept us from having to worry about where we placed our key. The place looks nice and they were willing to accommodate us by switching us to the first of two floors since there was no elevator.
The staff is difficult to reach and not always on site. Response time to messages is often slow. We were interested in having two beds, but the studio reserved doesn't do twin beds, but does offer a sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was thin and you could feel the springs on 75% of it, upgrading would have cost more.
