La limpieza, el estado en general del apartamento y la ubicación.
La cama de la segunda habitación al no poder separarla, tienes que pasar por encima del que duerme al lado para salir de la cama.

Really big and nice a good location a walk away from mall, bus/train station and sea.
The vacum cleaner was broken. At night there is a a lot of noise from the street as you need to have the window open for the heat.
